How to get an ARC approval

- Identify who is doing the work.
- Have them provide a copy of their license and insurance
- Provide a simple illustration of where the work is being done.
- Examples: A plot where it goes sin the yard (Screening, walkways)

- If email is not available, the application may be mailed to the Property Management firm:

- At this point, the Property Management firm will verify that the application is complete.
- If incomplete you will be notified by the Property Management firm.
- When the application is complete, the Property Management firm sends to application to the members of the ARC (which are your neighbors volunteering their time). They are listed below.
- The ARC has 1 month after the completion of the application to review the application and return an approval or denial.
- If the Property Management firm, ARC, or HOA board finds that there is missing information, the requests is sent back to the requester and the “clock” is reset.
- ARC meeting notices will be posted 3-5 days before the meeting at the entrance of the community.
- Usually the ARC meetings will be done via teleconference (i.e. Zoom).
